If you are having trouble configuring your controller or you have any questions for our technical support team please book yourself into an available time slot. Please note our support staff are UK and USA time zones. Please also ensure you have completed the following tasks prior to starting the call. This will make the process much smoother and faster. 1) Signed up to discord and have joined the KO Moto Discord Channel (ask us for a link in advance if you do not have one). info@ko-moto.com 2) Please install discord on your phone Via the link we provide, email info@ko-moto.com to get the correct discord link. 3) inform us on the support form or email us the name you are using on discord for the call. 4) all booked times are UK times.
